6 Week Healthy & Fitness Body Transformation Course

Welcome to UK Outdoor Fitness’s Body Transformation Course 2022

This is 6 weeks of emailed tasks with group fitness classes to attend (Outdoor or Online or both which are instructor led) Throughout the course there will be support for you; well-being tasks (New this year to help with mental health) motivation, nutritional ideas, and extra workouts. The goal is for you to have a better routine longer term so you see long term health benefits (Not just a quick yo-yo fix or extreme weight loss course where you just put the weight back on)  You participate and try complete the tasks in your own time alongside the support group where you will all help each other with ideas and motivation! There will be highly motivated trainers in the group to help with sharing content, giving you extra challenges, ideas, support and guiding you in the right direction!

The aim of this course is to help you to become a healthier better you, where you make better choices with your health and lifestyle in the longer term! We want you to feel better, have more energy, sleep better, tone up and lose body fat.

We are encouraging you at the start to take pictures, (Side, front and back) at the start of the course, middle and end. Also, if you can take your weight and measure (Waist, chest, hips etc)

The more tasks and classes you do successfully the better results you should see!

I joined UK Fitness nearly a year ago and have thoroughly enjoyed every single class both outdoors and the online classes during lockdown .  All the trainers are fantastic and even though they push you it’s always with a smile and plenty of banter.  The classes cater for all abilities and ages with help and alternative exercises when you need it.  Paul is the most positive person I have ever met  & through these difficult times has kept everyone motivated with his  upbeat attitude  offering advice and support to us all .  The online zoom classes have been an absolute lifeline to keep us all positive, fit and well. I have been taking part in UK Outdoor Fitness bootcamps for almost 10 years now. What has kept me going back all this time is the enthusiasm of the instructors, the banter with other members and the flexibility within the sessions to push myself as hard as I want to or be a little less energetic depending on what sort of mood I’m in. They are definitely not military style bootcamps and offer something for people of all abilities. I also find that doing exercise outdoors in the fresh air in local parks is much more fun that sweating away in a gym. I would certainly recommend UK Outdoor Fitness to anyone looking to get fit and have fun at the same time!

I joined as part of a 6 week campaign not only to get fitter but change my perception on food and exercise. I attended both outdoor and online sessions during the 6 weeks and have noticed vast improvement. I look forward to the classes, not only for a good workout but for the social aspect as the trainers and rest of the participants are all really friendly and welcoming. Although no exact weight measurements, my 5km running time has improved by over 4 minutes, and I’ve lost 2 inches from my stomach.

I have been a member of bootcamp for 4 years regularly attending classes each week. These classes have made a difference to both my physical and mental health. I have seen a difference to my fitness levels and have dropped a dress size. I have entered 10k and mud races with UK Outdoor Fitness something I would never have dreamt of before. The best thing for me however, about bootcamp is the people and the encouragement you receive. I have met people who have become good friends and have looked out for each other during this difficult lockdown period. I am impressed with how adaptable UK Outdoor Fitness have been during Covid. I am grateful for the online classes but look forward to returning to coffee corner soon.

When I first started Bootcamp people I know used to comment, “You’re Brave!” I’ve found since joining 2 months ago it’s not as scary as people make out I have began a new way of living and it\’s good to see that it’s paying off by becoming fitter each week and seeing the lbs go the right way on the scales-downwards!! I have been to a number of sessions across available and each session has been fun and never the same as the last. All the instructors are encouraging and people within the group are positive too. It’s good to know someone will encourage you to press that little bit further than before because they know you can do it, even when you think you can’t.

I joined Paul’s UK outdoor fitness class approximately 6 years ago. I had previously struggled with a yoyo weight on the scales and poor mental health.
