Mini home work out (Box-set work out)
Do you sit at home start watching a series on Netflix, Amazon Prime, virgin media or sky? We are all guilty of this from time to time (Or a lot) – Do you find your self saying just one more?
Well why not exercise in-between so you keep moving and help you health at the same time.
Have a go at this before each episode and when things happen
- Episode 1 > 10 – 20 Press Up
- Episode 2 > 10 – 20 Sit ups > 10 – 20 Press Up
- Episode 3 > 30/60 seconds Plank > 10 – 20 Sit ups > 10 – 20 Press Up
- Episode 4 > 10 – 20 Squats > 30/60 seconds Plank > 10 – 20 Sit ups > 10 – 20 Press Up
- Episode 5 > 20 – 40 Mountain Climbers (Half each leg) > 10 – 20 Squats > 30/60 seconds Plank > 10 – 20 Sit ups > 10 – 20 Press Up
- Episode 6 > 10 – 20 Reverse Crunches > Mountain Climbers (Half each leg) > 10 – 20 Squats > 30/60 seconds Plank > 10 – 20 Sit ups > 10 – 20 Press Up
- Episode 7 10 – 20 Burpees > 10 – 20 Reverse Crunches > Mountain Climbers (Half each leg) > 10 – 20 Squats > 30/60 seconds Plank > 10 – 20 Sit ups > 10 – 20 Press Up
- Episode 8 > 10 – 20 Jack Jumps or Star Jumper > 10 – 20 Burpees > 10 – 20 Reverse Crunches > Mountain Climbers (Half each leg) > 10 – 20 Squats > 30/60 seconds Plank > 10 – 20 Sit ups > 10 – 20 Press Up
- Episode 9 > You really need to go for a run, the gyms, do some work or go to bed > Seriously stop now
- Episode 10 > Well why not just one more
- STOP IT or 100 BUPREES
- Remember to Pause if you cannot watch and train at the same times
