Bristol Boot camp and Outdoor Fitness classes are run by James (Jimmy) Green who will make sure you get a great work out whatever fitness level you are.

Our Outdoor Fitness classes are designed for all levels of fitness from beginners to experienced boot camp attendees. Jimmy will be happy to discuss with you any concerns regarding your own fitness and with his many years of experience will be able to personally advise on the correct course of action to improve your personal fitness.

Do not be put off by the thought of a heavy fitness regime or work out, we will work at your pace and your level. Nobody on any of our courses is asked to do anything above their personal level of fitness. We like to keep our classes fun, enjoyable and interesting, but we will try to push you to improve your fitness levels, obviously in line with what you find comfortable, but we all know the old saying ‘No Pain, No Gain’

Blaise Castle House Museum and Estate feature a 19th-century mansion, which is a great venue for our high-class fitness classes set in 400 acres of parkland and is home to the social history collection.
There is a vast amount of parkland and woodlands, as well as enjoying the cafe if you wish after the class at the weekend
