About Baildon Boot camp and why would you train here?

Monday nights are the perfect way to start the week off.

We have a brilliant group of members up here who like to train hard but also have fun and very social.

Set up in the hills near Baildon Moor you could not ask for a nicer location and view to train with.

Baildon Boot camp has been running now for many years. We have a brilliant set up and excellent partnership with Baildon Rugby Club. Here the fitness sessions are varied with a wide variety of equipment to use from; Tyres, Tractor Tyres, Kettlebells, Boxing Gloves, Water Carriers and more. This allows all the sessions to be different on a weekly basis. This is also a great place to train for Obstacle events like Total Warrior, Yorkshire Warrior, Tough Mudder and many more.

I have been taking part in UK Outdoor Fitness bootcamps for almost 10 years now.
What has kept me going back all this time is the enthusiasm of the instructors, the banter with other members and the flexibility within the sessions to push myself as hard as I want to or be a little less energetic depending on what sort of mood I’m in.

They are definitely not military style bootcamps and offer something for people of all abilities. I also find that doing exercise outdoors in the fresh air in local parks is much more fun that sweating away in a gym.

I would certainly recommend UK Outdoor Fitness to anyone looking to get fit and
have fun at the same time!

Thank you for the past 10 years, and I’m looking forward to the next 10!
