INDOOR FITNESS CLASS Tuesday and Thursday

UK Outdoor Fitness in the winter comes under the brand UK Indoor Fitness providing you the very best Bootcamp and Fitness classes ranging from Boxing, Circuits, TRX, Kettlebells, VIPRS to AMRAPS and bodyweight exercise classes

We know that not everyone like the mud cold and outdoor weather in the winter so we do have selected classes indoors at various school and church halls in the Leeds area.

  2. Bring Water / Water bottle
  3. Sport clothing and Adequate trainers
  4. Arrive 15 to 20 minutes early with forms filled in
  5. Please be honest about your fitness level
  6. If you need to stop – STOP – Rest join back in
  7. You can work at your own pace but will be pushed to your level by our highly trained trainers
