Option 2 Complete option 1 and then repeat all the exercises for 30-60 seconds each back to back
- 70 Mountain Climbers
- 63 Fast punches/ High Knees
- 56 Jack jumps
- 49 Squats (Jump squats)
- 42 Sit ups
- 35 Reverse Crunches
- 28 Burpees
- 21 Press up
- 14 Plank builders
- 7 Get Ups
Please remember to warm up, cold down and stretch afterwards
