Don’t worry if you are a novice to Obstacle course races / mud runs. We help you from start to finish. From beginners to advanced levels. You can train up for the races through attending our classes around Yorkshire. Please check out the locations we train at: https://www.ukoutdoorfitness.com/classes/
Our expert trainers can tell you want to expect, offer advice and actually race with you when we go to the event!

When I first started Bootcamp people I know used to comment, “You’re Brave!” I’ve found since joining 2 months ago it’s not as scary as people make out I have began a new way of living and it\’s good to see that it’s paying off by becoming fitter each week and seeing the lbs go the right way on the scales-downwards!! I have been to a number of sessions across available and each session has been fun and never the same as the last. All the instructors are encouraging and people within the group are positive too. It’s good to know someone will encourage you to press that little bit further than before because they know you can do it, even when you think you can't

I have been a member of bootcamp for 4 years regularly attending classes each week. These classes have made a difference to both my physical and mental health. I have seen a difference to my fitness levels and have dropped a dress size. I have entered 10k and mud races with UK Outdoor Fitness something I would never have dreamt of before. The best thing for me however, about bootcamp is the people and the encouragement you receive. I have met people who have become good friends and have looked out for each other during this difficult lockdown period. I am impressed with how adaptable UK Outdoor Fitness have been during Covid. I am grateful for the online classes but look forward to returning to coffee corner soon.
