ABOUT YORK BOOTCAMP

Why Would You Train Here?

Bootcamps in York are ran at the infamous Knavesmire which is directly next to York Race Course in south side of York. Classes cater for all abilities of fitness. If you have never been to one of our classes please email yo**@uk**************.com You will be required to fill in a health par q form before attending any of our classes.

Checklist:

  1. Health questionnaire
  2. Positive attitude
  3. Water
  4. Sport clothing and adequate trainers
  5. If it is raining yes we still go on (the muddier the more fun)
  6. Arrive 15 to 20 minutes early with forms filled in
  7. Please be honest about your fitness level
  8. You can work at your own pace but will be pushed to your level by our highly trained trainers
  9. Bring a bin liner for your car if it is raining to stop your car getting muddy
  10. Be ready for fun
