All our classes are fully licensed and supported by Leeds city council making sure you have the highest quality and peace of mind that we are insured with qualified instructor (Some of which are the best in the industry).
Class may consist of Boxing, Circuits, Body weight exercises, Running, carrying objects ropes, Kettlebells, Viprs.

I have been a UK outdoor fitness member for over 10 years! Love the variety of instructors and locations, it never gets boring. Paul did a fantastic job of moving online when COVID hit, the sessions have really helped to keep me sane during lockdowns. Here’s to the next 10 years!

I joined as part of a 6 week campaign not only to get fitter but change my perception on food and exercise. I attended both outdoor and online sessions during the 6 weeks and have noticed vast improvement. I look forward to the classes, not only for a good workout but for the social aspect as the trainers and rest of the participants are all really friendly and welcoming. Although no exact weight measurements, my 5km running time has improved by over 4 minutes, and I’ve lost 2 inches from my stomach.
