Welcome to UK Outdoor Fitness's 4 week Transformation Course 2023
NUTRITION | WELL-BEING | FITNESS
The aim of this 4 course is to help you to become a healthier better you, where you make better choices with your health and lifestyle in the longer term! We want you to feel better, have more energy, sleep better, tone up and lose body fat. (You may lose weight as a result if this is a goal) The course starts Monday 9th January 2023 with a prep week before preparing you to start.
(We have both Outdoor, Online classes or both on offer instructor led)

THE COURSE
Nutritional Coaching (Lead: Julie - Trainer, Nutrition and Life coach)
Well Being (Lead Rachel - Trainer, Mental Health & Well Being)
Fitness (Leeds Paul, Trainer, Run Coach and Motivator)
Group talks (Q &A) times will be give for the course and also recored if for any reason you cannot attend
Each week you will be asked to update your progress so we can help you
We are encouraging you at the start to take pictures, (Side, front and back) at the start of the course, middle and end.
Also, if you can take your weight and measure (Waist, chest, hips etc)
The more you interaction, action and try the better results you will see

I have been a member of bootcamp for 4 years regularly attending classes each week. These classes have made a difference to both my physical and mental health. I have seen a difference to my fitness levels and have dropped a dress size. I have entered 10k and mud races with UK Outdoor Fitness something I would never have dreamt of before. The best thing for me however, about bootcamp is the people and the encouragement you receive. I have met people who have become good friends and have looked out for each other during this difficult lockdown period. I am impressed with how adaptable UK Outdoor Fitness have been during Covid. I am grateful for the online classes but look forward to returning to coffee corner soon.

I have been taking part in UK Outdoor Fitness bootcamps for almost 10 years now.
What has kept me going back all this time is the enthusiasm of the instructors, the banter with other members and the flexibility within the sessions to push myself as hard as I want to or be a little less energetic depending on what sort of mood I’m in.
They are definitely not military style bootcamps and offer something for people of all abilities. I also find that doing exercise outdoors in the fresh air in local parks is much more fun that sweating away in a gym.
I would certainly recommend UK Outdoor Fitness to anyone looking to get fit and
have fun at the same time!
