Ladies, this is your year and as good a time as any to take action and do what you have been saying you would and that is to get fit.
UK Outdoor Fitness have always supported and being supported by the girls in terms of fitness, health and exercise. We have a strong following amongst the ladies and regularly hold classes with majority women. Simply put we have fun getting fit and we can show you the results.
Our fitness bootcamps are open to all ages, sizes and levels of fitness. If you are wanting to lose some weight for a holiday, improve existing fitness or just have a bit of fitness fun, then one of our qualified instructors would be only too happy to talk through your requirements.
We not only hold Fitness Boot Camps in Leeds we hold regular fun fitness sessions and boot camps in York, Harrogate, Bradford and Huddersfield with more areas available all the time.

If you are looking for fun and fitness in Leeds and surrounding areas and want to be involved in the Leeds Girl Can movement just get in touch. UK Outdoor Fitness provides cardio & resistance exercises with a variety of moves from Burpees to Star Jumps, Squat Thrust and more.
If you think you are not fit enough to come along to our group fitness sessions, do not be deterred, we will work to your fitness levels and help you to build on that. You will gain confidence in your body and your abilities and you will be proud of your achievements. If you feel you cannot run or jog yet, then you can power walk, as simple as that. We will not push you beyond what you are physically capable of, but we will push you to your next level.
So ladies 2018 in the International Year of the Woman. It is time to join the 600+ other woman in Leeds that have taken the plunge to get out and get fit.

I joined as part of a 6 week campaign not only to get fitter but change my perception on food and exercise. I attended both outdoor and online sessions during the 6 weeks and have noticed vast improvement. I look forward to the classes, not only for a good workout but for the social aspect as the trainers and rest of the participants are all really friendly and welcoming. Although no exact weight measurements, my 5km running time has improved by over 4 minutes, and I’ve lost 2 inches from my stomach.
