UK Outdoor Fitness offers the very best in outdoor fitness training and exercise through providing quality boot camp sessions. “Get fit, tone up, lose weight, and meet new people whilst having fun in parks across Leeds, Bradford, and York

We believe whether you are wanting to lose weight,  get stronger, tone up, run 5km, enter a mud race or simply maintain you health and well being we can help and support you through the whole process.

Our sessions cater for all levels of fitness, from absolute beginners to advanced fitness fanatics. Regardless of your fitness level we can guarantee you great results.

Memberships can cost as little as £2.50-£3.50 session with session ran by some of the best instructors in the business. (All fully insured ). Our instructors will help you achieve your goals in a motivating, fun and effective manner.

All Levels of fitness welcome and catered for. As long as you put the work in we can guarantee you results what ever fitness stage you are at.

We offer a 10 day trial for £10 for unlimited classes all parks (10 Consecutive days)

I joined as part of a 6 week campaign not only to get fitter but change my perception on food and exercise.  I attended both outdoor and online sessions during the 6 weeks and have noticed vast improvement.  I look forward to the classes, not only for a good workout but for the social aspect as the trainers and rest of the participants are all really friendly and welcoming.  Although no exact weight measurements, my 5km running time has improved by over 4 minutes, and I’ve lost 2 inches from my stomach.
