I have been a UK outdoor fitness member for over 10 years! Love the variety of instructors and locations, it never gets boring. Paul did a fantastic job of moving online when COVID hit, the sessions have really helped to keep me sane during lockdowns. Here’s to the next 10 years!

I can’t recommend UK Outdoor Fitness enough! It’s been a big part of my life over the past few years, both for fitness (…. you should see my glutes now) and the social side. For me, being outside is really important and it’s been a great opportunity to break up the monotony of the gym! I’ve also met some lovely folk with Paul and the team providing a supportive and social environment that allows you to push yourself and get the best out of your time and training. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending joining! Enjoy!!

I have now lost about 22 lbs since January 2011 and 17 lbs of that has been lost since joining in July 2011, it’s now September! Update in 2022 its 10 years later I am still a member.

I joined UK Fitness nearly a year ago and have thoroughly enjoyed every single class both outdoors and the online classes during lockdown . All the trainers are fantastic and even though they push you it’s always with a smile and plenty of banter. The classes cater for all abilities and ages with help and alternative exercises when you need it. Paul is the most positive person I have ever met & through these difficult times has kept everyone motivated with his upbeat attitude offering advice and support to us all . The online zoom classes have been an absolute lifeline to keep us all positive, fit and well. I am loving my fitness journey with UK Outdoor Fitness and can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have been taking part in UK Outdoor Fitness bootcamps for almost 10 years now. What has kept me going back all this time is the enthusiasm of the instructors, the banter with other members and the flexibility within the sessions to push myself as hard as I want to or be a little less energetic depending on what sort of mood I’m in. They are definitely not military style bootcamps and offer something for people of all abilities. I also find that doing exercise outdoors in the fresh air in local parks is much more fun that sweating away in a gym. I would certainly recommend UK Outdoor Fitness to anyone looking to get fit and have fun at the same time!

I’ve been a member of UK outdoor fitness for around 10 years and love it. It is a great community, helps me push myself harder and the laughs we have keeps me young! It is great for all ages and I’d recommend it to anyone who likes being outdoors.

When I first started Bootcamp people I know used to comment, “You’re Brave!” I’ve found since joining 2 months ago it’s not as scary as people make out I have began a new way of living and it\’s good to see that it’s paying off by becoming fitter each week and seeing the lbs go the right way on the scales-downwards!! I have been to a number of sessions across available and each session has been fun and never the same as the last. All the instructors are encouraging and people within the group are positive too. It’s good to know someone will encourage you to press that little bit further than before because they know you can do it, even when you think you can’t.

I joined Paul’s UK outdoor fitness class approximately 6 years ago. I had previously struggled with a yoyo weight on the scales and poor mental health. Fast forward to now I am in the best physical and mental shape I have ever been in with a huge thanks to Paul and the team. They take the time to learn your strengths and work on your weaknesses. They are all willing to go the extra mile to reach out to help and motivate. I can thoroughly recommend every instructor and session as they are well thought out and fly by.

We have been members of UK Outdoor Fitness since June 2019 and joined when we saw a group of individuals enjoying a bootcamp session on the moor at Drighlington. Since then bootcamps have become a big part of our lives as we attend three times a week. Paul runs an amazing team of trainers and keeps motivation levels high. Even during lockdowns, he continues to offer online sessions and keeps in regular contact with members. We know we can rely on Paul and his team to be there for support when needed. Our bootcamps mean a lot to us, such a great group of people.
