UK Outdoor Fitness in the winter comes under the brand UK Indoor Fitness providing you the very best Bootcamp and Fitness classes ranging from Boxing, Circuits, Kettlebells, VIPRS to AMRAPS and bodyweight exercise classes

We know that not everyone like the mud cold and outdoor weather in the winter so we do have selected classes indoors and Outdoors at Brigshaw High school in Allerton bywater in Kippax. You can also be assure by the secure car parking and safety of the classes ran at the school who have excellent very clean and maintained facilities

Parking: Please park at the low car park by the sport centre at Brigshaw High School

Bootcamp and Fitness classes Back. UK Outdoor Fitness has been running classes since 2010 and has soon become one of Yorkshire Premier fitness class providers over Yorkshire ranging in 5 cities and rapidly expanding. If you have not been to one of our classes before we offer a 10 day trial period for £12

I joined as part of a 6 week campaign not only to get fitter but change my perception on food and exercise.  I attended both outdoor and online sessions during the 6 weeks and have noticed vast improvement.  I look forward to the classes, not only for a good workout but for the social aspect as the trainers and rest of the participants are all really friendly and welcoming.  Although no exact weight measurements, my 5km running time has improved by over 4 minutes, and I’ve lost 2 inches from my stomach.
