  • Sunday 09.30 - 10.30

MEETING POINT

Winter October 2023 - April 2024 Wednesday/ Friday - Meet at the big house car park. The sessioon will then be run next to or areound the big house Estate

Temple Newsam is a beautiful historic estate based in east Leeds. Here we hold morning classes for those that work shifts, have families or cannot train on an evening

Instructors: Rob, Antony, Ady, Adam, Abi and Paul 

Our Instructors will really put you through your paces but still at a level that will suit your needs. Throughout the park Temple Newsam has many natural obstacles which make these classes diverse and one of the biggest sites we have. You will find a great crowd and mix of people which will welcome you with open arms.

I joined as part of a 6 week campaign not only to get fitter but change my perception on food and exercise.  I attended both outdoor and online sessions during the 6 weeks and have noticed vast improvement.  I look forward to the classes, not only for a good workout but for the social aspect as the trainers and rest of the participants are all really friendly and welcoming.  Although no exact weight measurements, my 5km running time has improved by over 4 minutes, and I’ve lost 2 inches from my stomach.
