Give this a go:
Option 1 Complete all the exercise and number of reps on each, 1 after another
Option 2 Complete option 1 and then repeat all the exercises for 30-60 seconds each back to back
70 | Mountain Climbers |
63 | Fast punches/ High Knees |
56 | Jack jumps |
49 | Squats (Jump squats) |
42 | Sit ups |
35 | Reverse Crunches |
28 | Burpees |
21 | Press up |
14 | Plank builders |
7 | Get Ups |
