Rob Maher

West & North Yorkshire Area Manager and Master Trainer

Rob has developed the nickname ‘Evil Rob’ for his enthusiastic approach, safely pushing you to your personal limits. Rob’s passion is to educate, motivate and inspire every single member his classes to achieve their personal health and fitness goals.

Marvin Sahebjam



Marvin has been taking our bootcamp classes for a couple of years now and is very lively and motivated. His sessions are always filled with fun and you leave his classes feeling uplifted and motivated. Marvin also specialises in Sports Massage and has his Level 4 qualification. His other qualifications include PT Level 3

Jon Fawcett

Leeds Instructor


Jon has been taking our bootcamp classes for over 2 years now and has established himself as one of the very best in the business! His well-organised, varied & fun approach creates unique and addictive sessions which keeps members coming back for more. Jon firmly believes in ‘making fitness fun’ and members rarely leave one of his sessions without a smile on their face. Jon’s fitness qualifications include PT Level 3.

Ady has worked with UK Outdoor Fitness for many years now. His Ex-Army skills come in very handy when giving you the very best in outdoor workouts. You will find Ady at Kirkstall Abbey and Farsley Bootcamp

Karl Watkinson

York Bootcamp Instructor


Karl is one of our newest bootcamp instructor taking classes in York. He has a background in team sport specialising in American Football. He has a very enthusiastic approach to taking classes and will definitely put you through your paces whilst catering for all levels of fitness.

Mick Ramsden

York Instructor


Location: York

Mick started working for UK Outdoor Fitness and York Bootcamp in 2015 and has quickly become one of the most high regarded instructors in York. His sessions have ranked very highly in a recent customer survey where Mick gained 7.7 out of 8 which is credit to himself and assets to us

Mick’s background comes from rugby and team sports where he has been a Semi-professional rugby league player with York Wasps, York City Knights and Wakefield Trinity from 1991 to 2005. This type of team ethic portrays  in his sessions with no member or participate every feeling left out!

Over last 10 years Mick has coached rugby league at junior and first team level at York City Knights He is also responsible for strength and conditioning  programme at York City Knights for 2 years.

Mick has experience in a wide range of sports conditioning methods and now applying them to bootcamp training with UK Outdoor Fitness.


Mick is excellent in planning and delivering some of the very best circuit classes in all weather conditions with an excellent and positive attitude
